Sheila Hartman Massage

I have made it my life’s mission to help others as I was helped following a severe motor vehicle accident more than 30 years ago.  After Western Medicine put my bones back together and did all they could to help me,  I still lived with daily pain and PTSD.  I began receiving multiple modalities of body work such as therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy and Reiki.  I began healing with less pain and more energy.  I began to regain my life.  However, I was left with what was sometimes debilitating back pain. It was recommended to me to visit a Shaman.  I had never even heard of a Shaman but I was willing at that point to do anything to help myself heal.  During the soul retrieval with the Shaman, there was an instantaneous healing and  I have never experienced that pain again.  It became obvious to me in that session that this was my life’s work. I set out to study multiple bodywork modalites at that time to pay my healing forward.  

I am a 2006 graduate of Port Townsend School of Massage in Port Townsend, WA.  I have pursued extensive continuing education and have received an advanced certification in orthopedic massage; a 250 hour program in treatment massage.  I also received certification from the Vodder School in manual lymphatic drainage.  I have studied and practiced craniosacral therapy since 2009, completing 2 two-year  programs as well as multiple 4-day workshops in craniosacral therapy.   I have also taught massage at the Port Townsend School of Massage.  I also worked for 6 years as a massage therapist at Jefferson Healthcare Hospital in Port Townsend WA where I worked with in-patients, out-patients and hospital staff.

I am an insurance provider with Regence, First Choice,  Labor and Industries as well as I accept car accident claims.
